Circle Ornament 3 – Laser Cut Blanks (G1C)

All our laser blanks are cut in houseĀ and are made to order.
Material Options:
1/8 inch Cast Acrylic – This is the industry standard option for making keychains and other accessories. It is also known as plexiglass. The acrylic will come with a mask on both sides to protect it before use. Mask may be a clear or paper film.
This material can be sublimated but images will be transparent so it works best on white acrylic. NOTE: Silver Holographic Glitter cannot be sublimated.
Choose from clear, color/frosted, or glitter/specialty. Use theĀ “Acrylic Choice” dropdown to select your color. Please only pick a color that corresponds to your material option.
Ex: If you pick the color/frosted option, only pick a color that starts with (CF).

1/8 inch Sublimation Hardboard – This material is hardboard with a smooth white sublimation coating on one side. The other side has a standard hardboard brown color.
1/8 or 1/4 inch MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) – This material has a smooth finish but has poor moisture resistance. It is used in a wide variety of projects because of the smooth finish and consistent size and shape compared to natural wood.
1/8 or 1/4 inch Plywood – This material type may vary but will be a standard plywood option that is perfect for making a variety of crafts. It will come unfinished and can be sanded, painted, and stained as needed for any project!
NOTE: Not all colors, sizes, or materials are available at all times.
Actual product colors may differ from those in photos because of screen and monitor settings.
Materials may have a plastic or paper film that needs removed before using. Not all materials will have a film and film type may differ from batch to batch.
Options with an asterisk (*) indicate they can be sublimated on. Note that most acrylic can be sublimated but some colors aren’t the right type of acrylic for sublimation.
Our blanks can be used for a variety of craft projects including keychains, magnets, badge reels, charms, ornaments, luggage tags, jewelry, decor, accessories, gifts, and much more!
Once your purchase is made, you will receive an email with the downloads needed for your order. The black or outer layer represents the exact size of the blank. The colored or inner layer is the recommended area to use to create your design including a small boarder. Your download will include all size options and options with or without holes. Please make sure to use the correct file corresponding to the actual blank size option you purchased.
