3D Acrylic Name Watermark – Laser Cut Blanks
3D Watermarks are a great way to advertise your business or watermark your photos/videos in a cute way! The possibilities are endless.
Use the fields below to customize your watermark. Please note there are other colors we can get but only the standard colors we carry are listed. Please contact us if you prefer a different color and we can see what we can do!
We will size your design to the largest dimension. For example, if you order the 8×4 option and your design is 8×5, it will be scaled to 4 inches which will make it slightly smaller than 8 inches. If your design is 8×2 and you order the 8×4 size, we will scale it to 8 and leave the other side proportional at 2 inches.
Both layers will be made out of 1/8 inch (3mm) Cast Acrylic. If choosing to add a pattern, clear acrylic will be layered with a printed adhesive material.
The top layer has a strong double sided adhesive on the back to properly adhere to the background layer.
If you would like to DIY your watermark (like adding glitter and resin), we would recommend ordering the background layer as clear to customize and the top layer as a solid color. If you choose the DIY method, the two layers will not be attached to each other. The top layer will be cut with a boarder to use as a guide to match the bottom layer. If ordering the DIY option, please note that the pieces will be masked with a tape to protect them while cutting and before putting together. This mask will need to be removed on the bottom layer before putting the layers together and then after they are put together the top layer can be removed. We also tape the letters inside the top boarder and this layer can be removed after installation as well.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To attach the pieces together, remove the tan/green paper from the letters but NOT the boarder.
2. Lay the top layer down with the adhesive side up.
3. Match the bottom layer to the top layer (should be pressing on the back of the piece) and press firmly.
4. Once it is adhered well, remove the tape and transfer tape holding the letters to the boarder.
5. Slowly remove the boarder and the letters should stay. Be careful with the smaller letters, especially I dots.
