Tumbler Topper – Laser Cut Blanks (TT)

The 30 oz option works for 20 and 30 oz. The 40 oz option works for 40 and 64 oz. These ONLY work on the Quencher H2.0 Style (Stanley) tumblers.
All our laser blanks are cut in house and are made to order.
Material Options:
3/16 inch Sublimation Acrylic – This material is acrylic with a smooth white sublimation coating on the back side. NOTE: When printing your transfers, DO NOT MIRROR your design.
Sublimation Instructions
Layer the sublimation transfer with the white size facing the ink side and press with the paper side facing the top platen. We recommend layering between a folded sheet of butcher paper and adding a layer of paper towels underneath the blank when pressing.
Press at 375 degrees for 1-2 minutes with medium to firm pressure. You can check it after a minute. If the design looks faded or foggy, place it back in the press and press for longer. You also want to make sure that you are not pressing for too long as the acrylic will melt.
Once the design has transferred, remove it from the heat press and put it under something heavy while it cools down to prevent warping.
Notes
Materials may have a plastic or paper film that needs removed before using. Not all materials will have a film and film type may differ from batch to batch.
Once your purchase is made, you will receive an email with the downloads needed for your order. The black or outer layer represents the exact size of the blank. The colored or inner layer is the recommended area to use to create your design including a small boarder.
